Casey Veggies left Odd Future because he wanted to do his own thing. It’s important to have his own movement and his own album. Veggies goes on to tell DX, “me and Odd Future, we come from the same thing, we come from the same niche. It’s no stopping that. Everyone knows that. It’s all love, we got love for each other. We still gonna work, we still gonna make music.” He recalls meeting Jay-Z and listening to ‘Watch The Throne’ saying, “we chilled out a little bit, talked about music a little bit, I told him about myself and where I came from, and after that it was over. The Game is about winning the rap game and he thinks that signing with Cash Money will help him do that. The Game has one more album left on his Interscope deal and after that he plans to join Birdman’s crew. The Game as worked with Lil Wayne in the past so there is already chemistry there. Childish Gambino is set to release his next album, ‘Camp’, in September. When Gambino isn’t on his “I Am Donald” tour, he’s filming the hit show ‘Community’ under his government name, Donald Glover.
