RapCity celebrates the Caribbean Carnival

Every summer, Toronto hosts the biggest party in the nation. Over a million people flock to the city for Scotiabank Caribbean Carnival Toronto, and this year RapCity was there. Check out T-RexXx joining in on the fun, chatting with some of the attendees, highly decorated dancers and local celebrities, like Kardinal Offishall.
