RapCity celebrates UNITY with Kardinal Offishall

A couple weeks ago, RapCity took a look at the UNITY Festival going on in Toronto. This week we pay another visit and speak with some of the graffiti artists, as well as the event’s headliner, Mr. Kardinal Offishall, who brings laughs of the pant-splitting variety.
