RapCity pays tribute to Harlem’s influence on hip-hop

We’re still celebrating Black History Month, and one of the locations with the most impact on black culture is Harlem, New York. On this week’s RapCity, T-RexXx explores the neighbourhood and its importance through the two biggest exports: music (A$AP Rocky, Vinny Cha$e) and food, courtesy of Toronto’s own Harlem Restaurant.
