RapCity: Watch interviews with The City and Manifesto organizer Che

Last night on RapCity, T-RexXx was joined on the red couch by The City, the new collaboration between rapper Gee Wunder and singer/Degrassi star Cory Lee. The duo stopped by to introduce their new video for the song “Disco Nights,” which features JD Era and Kid Cut, as well as talk to our host about their new album, Disco Nights: Vol. 1, and their upcoming tour. We also had a surprise for Gee: a clip of him freestyling on RapCity way back in 1990!

Also on the show was Che Kothari, the organizer of Manifesto, the Toronto-based hip-hop festival that is celebrating it’s fifth year next month. Joining him was legendary Can-rapper Michie Mee and a crew of breakers.
