In regards to the link about Miyavi..
It’s rumoured that Bill copied Miyavi’s look but it really hasn’t been confirmed..
Nonethless, outrageous or not, Miyavi is an amazing musicican. Most of the Japanese Visual Kei groups/artists dress that way so it’s not as uncommon as you think.. only for those in North Americans that don’t have a clue about International acts. When I say International, I also don’t mean the ones that are constantly being played on MuchMusic.
