Robyn Trumps American Superstars For Elle Cover

Look who’s on the cover of Elle Magazine’s annual music issue: it’s one of our favourite artists, Robyn! This is a HUGE deal for her as it’s her first high-fashion magazine cover in the U.S. Plus, Robyn takes the cover ahead of other artists inside the issue like Rihanna, Florence Welch, Nicki Minaj, Beyonce and even J. Lo!

We spoke to Robyn a few months ago for #trending where she says the key to her success is just being comfortable with herself, whether it’s on stage or on the red carpet. She grew up in a theater family so performing and dressing up has always come second nature to her. Now it’s taking her to new heights, both as a music superstar and, it seems, a style and fashion icon!

Robyn will take the stage to perform at Elle’s second annual “Women in Music” event on April 11. The magazine hits newsstands on April 12.
