I’m still fully living inside my head, which was where I started and hopefully where I will safely end or rather find my real last destination. Among other ideas, I’m saying simply that I haven’t yet fully emerged from the holiday season speed of daily activities and have somehow managed to fully neglect my New Year’s resolutions.

Ok, I don’t actually believe in New Year’s resolutions. I think it generally matters more what you do than what you say so the whole concept seems a bit of a wash. If I were to have pre-commit myself to new lifestyle changes however they would be:

1) reduce my work as a slave to commercialism
2) take many more risks

I am beginning to *slowly* put the second plan into action but as for the latter, as you can see, it doesn’t look good.

I thought that 2007 had given me a lot of powerful realizations that I had begun to learn how to make work for me instead of against me. Like accepting that I actually know nothing and true love is real, that no matter what I can do it’s pointless to try to avoid thinking about Britney like she’s a part of my inner circle (you know you’ve talked about her like you know her too, it can’t be just me), that coffee is bad for me, I should drink more water and get more sleep.
Oh, and for people to live happy it takes almost zero negative output and little to none of the stress, material obsession and stereotypical creature comforts that the Western world loves so much.

Sad.

Anyway I hope to have sold all of my possessions and moved to an island by 2015. Maybe you and Britney will already be there, if so, no need to let me know – I’ve already gotten rid of my cell phone.
