Selena Gomez reveals surprising wish list for collaborations

While promoting her first perfume at Macy’s this past week, 2012 MMVA presenter Selena Gomez talked to MTV about her wish list of collaborators for the singer’s follow up to 2011′s When The Sun Goes Down. Gomez has spent the past year filming three movies, including Spring Breakers with Pretty Little Liars’ star Ashley Benson. But now she’s excited to get back to music and is hoping to release a new album next summer, saying “I am missing music, so we’re going to start on the fourth record at the end of this year.”

Gomez told MTV that she hopes to work with new artists and producers, saying “I just want to knock on their (producers) door. I also want to work with Fun. I want to work with just different styles of music.” In addition to Fun., Gomez also expressed interest in working with long time friend Taylor Swift. Speaking on the new disc, Gomez explained “I just want to do different things for this album.”
