Settlement Made in Travis Barker Plane Crash

The estate of one of the victims in the 2008 plane crash with Travis Barker has settled a wrongful death lawsuit.

TMZ has reported that Clay Lacy Aviation, Learjet, and Goodyear Tire and Rubber have settled with $4,375,000 for Chris Baker’s son Sebastian and $7,625,000 for his widow Otilia Villar Baker.

According to the documents obtained by TMZ, the over $4 million for Sebastian will purchase recurring payments that will guarantee him $17,404,456.40 over his life.
