Shay Mitchell is on the cover of SELF magazine and she looks fabulous! The Pretty Little Liars star gave readers some tips on for having a hotter body within a week. First of all, Shay tries not to freak out. Shay explained, “I don’t panic. The stress shows on your body.” Shay also tries to manager her time to herself. Shay said, “I grocery-shop at the start of the week and cook as much as I can. I drink tons of water, so to make it interesting I freeze grapefruit and mint in ice for my water bottle.”
Remaining an active pretty little runner Shay divulged, “I’ll run back and forth on the beach for 45 minutes and stop at an outdoor gym in Santa Monica and climb a 24-foot rope.” But she doesn’t stick to just the track, Shay also loves to dance. “I love letting loose and just moving. I’ll go to a dance studio and sweat my butt off for an hour. I call myself Shayoncé!”
