Gossip Girls: Either Dan or Serena will finally act on their feelings by the end of the finale, and the **spoiler** shooting will affect either Nate, Dan or Chuck.

The Vampire Diaries and 90210: Two will die on Vampire Diaries, and one will die on 90210 in their finales.

American Idol: Elton John turned down an offer to be Simon Cowell’s replacement. That does not bode well for the series, when people start turning down opportunities to be on the show. Simon leaves at the end of this season (May 26), the show’s lowest season of ratings to date.

Entourage: Jessica Simpson is guest starring next season. This is her third attempt at acting, after Dukes of Hazzard and Blonde Ambition. Like baseball, its three strikes and you’re out. The producers are also thinking of launching a female version of the show, a la Sex and the City. Is the world ready for another Carrie?

Heroes: Is most likely cancelled. The show went straight-down hill from its first season onwards – and almost no one tuned it for its February finale. NBC all but outright outs it as cancelled.

A new superhero show my be coming in the fall: No Ordinary Family. Sounds more like the Fantastic Four or the incredibles. Even FF’s the Thing, Michael Chiklis, is set to star.
