See! See! I told y’all Jersey Shore was like Friends!

Apparently the ‘guids read my blog, cuz now they’re stickin’ together like the Friends cast and demanding that they all be paid the same for a second season. MTV has offered each cast member $10,000 per episode for all 12 episodes. The cast has until the end of day today to accept the offer. MTV says that if only some members accept the deal, those who do not will be replaced. Noooooo!

The cast are arguing that they should be paid more, especially when comparing their offer to the high pay cheques of The Hills cast. The JS peeps point out the low ratings that The Hills are getting in comparison to the ‘Shore. There have been a lot of head scratching statements made by the Jersey Shore peeps (ie. “Let’s get filthy, creepy and weird”) but this actually makes a whole lotta sense. Huh. Didn’t see that one coming.

Rumours are that Pauly D and The Situation are holding out for more money. Oh hellz no. I don’t want to live in a world where a Jersey Shore exists without Pauly D and The Situation. Who will cook? Who will DJ? Who will bring grenades home?
