Sigur Ros @ MoMA

If there was one concert this year that I wish I could’ve attended, it would’ve been the special Sigur Ros show at New York City’s Museum of Modern Art.

The show took place back in June on Icelandic Independence Day and a week before the release of their latest album whose title translates into With a Buzz in Our Ears We Play Endlessly.

Thankfully, CurrentTV has finally posted all 46 minutes of the short set online for my (and your) listening and viewing pleasure. To have been surrounded by such amazing, bizarre art while the amazing, bizarre music of Sigur Ros blasted live through your eardrums would have been an incredible experience.

Hopefully they do it again someday…
