Since when does Tavi Gevinson sing?!

Fashion blogger/editor-in-chief of Rookie/runway front row staple/really young lady Tavi Gevinson sings? Who knew! The 15-year old is going to be covering Neil Young live at New York Fashion Week on February 12, at the Standard Hotel East Village. Right after, a screening of the short film Cadaver, directed by Jonah D. Ansell, will be screened.

Cadaver also stars Christopher LLoyd, Kathy Bates, and Tavi herself. She even has a vocal track in the film! Neil Young himself approved of Tavi’s vocal work!

Good on you, Tavi! We hope that us lowly fashion bloggers will someday experience the hype and acclaim you’ve got now. Major jealousy, right here!
