Spencer plans a surprise for Toby on Tuesday’s Pretty Little Liars

On Tuesday’s episode of Pretty Little Liars, Spencer, who apparently doesn’t have the same ‘no shirt-less boys that look like men in your bedroom’ rule that I had in high school, is planning a surprise party for Toby. Since Toby is essentially stalking Spencer and her friends, I assume he already knows about it. Hopefully he doesn’t show up in a black hoody. Surprise, Spencer!
