Spiritualized sign to Fat Possum, ready new album

Even though Spiritualized have kept busy reliving their past the last couple of years, by reissuing their first three albums and playing the odd grandiose performance recreating their 1997 masterpiece, Ladies and Gentlemen We Are Floating in Space, new music from Jason Pierce and co has been minimal.

But later in the year that will all change as Spiritualized are set to release their seventh full-length via Fat Possum in North America and Domino/Double Six/Spaceman Recordings elsewhere. A press release issued by Fat Possum, states that the new, yet-to-be-titled LP will be out some time this fall.
