Stars of Pretty Little Liars, Glee, 90210 and more support CNN Heroes

This past weekend CNN held their annual CNN Heroes event and honoured men and women who are ‘every day people changing the world’. Celebs were on hand to help celebrate the huge acheivements of those honoured, and that included everyone from Shay Mitchell to 50 Cent to Miley Cryus, who also performed her inspirational track, The Climb.
