Tuesday is generally the day new albums are released here in North America. And despite what the media says, people still do leave their homes to cross town and visit their favourite record shops to physically exchange money for a tangible product, be it CD, vinyl or even cassette. Of course, there is also iTunes, let us not forget.
October 4th sees quite a few notable releases hit stores: Zola Jesus’s Conatus, Feist’s Metals, DJ Shadow’s The Less You Know, The Better, We Were Promised Jetpacks’ In The Pit Of The Stomach, and DRC Music’s Kinshasa One Two, which might be better known as Damon Albarn’s latest project.
