Summer Wrap: Get yourself caught up on Awkward.

Okay, so we’re like, what? Only eight episodes in on the second season of Awkward. and you’re telling me that you’re not caught up? Well, it must be your lucky day because we got a recap of the entire season before the next episode of Awkward. airs on Thursday at 10:30pm ET/7:30pm PT. Ready for the facts? Let’s go:

Jenna’s parents have separated

After finding out that his wife was the one who wrote the “care-frontation” letter, he left Lacey and Jenna. Will they get back together? Who knows!

Tamara has been royally crushed by Ricky Schwartz (saw that one coming, right?)

Ricky has proven himself to be a real jerk in their relationship and has been repeatedly caught with other girls leaving Tamara alone (and fuming). But he isn’t alone. Why?

Ricky and Sadie have coupled up.

Yeah. Get ready to barf.

Ming has joined the Asian Mafia

The Asian Mafia wield much power in the halls of Palos Verdes and Ming has been accepted into the fold. Oh! And she now (finally) has a love interest. We haven’t seen the couple much yet in the season but I suspect we will.

Matty and Jenna finally make peace

It was truly and ‘awkward’ journey for Matty and J but they got there. Even though Matty still loves Jenna. And Jenna… still does too? Maybe? I think she flip-flops on her decisions every other episode.

Jake said “I love you”

Jenna wasn’t ready to say it back (she replied, “Awesome” instead) but they slept together anyways. And then Jenna realized that she did love Jake. Yay!

But Jake found out about her and Matty. Then broke up with her.

At the wedding of her Auntie Ally, Jake breaks up with Jenna without actually telling her why (though we know it’s because he had to find out from Sadie Saxton).

And pushed Matty and Jenna back together.

Yep, after getting comforted, Jenna and Matty hook up. But they don’t know that Jake was there too:
