T-Pain being sued over Jennifer Hudson song

MTV reality star Sara Stokes has filed a lawsuit against T-Pain claiming she was never paid any royalties for a Jennifer Hudson song Stokes wrote with T-Pain.

Stokes co-wrote Jennifer Hudson’s song “What’s Wrong (Go Away)” with T-Pain but claims she never received any credit as a songwriter, producer or performer on the track.

The song is off of Hudson’s debut album which went gold in 2008.
