Current ‘it’ girl Ke$ha has famous fans like Adam Lambert and Rihanna, but now Ke$ha wants to work with some of her famous friends. At a pre-Grammy party this past weekend, Ke$ha revealed that she wants to remake Cyndi Lauper’s Girls Just Wanna Have Fun, along with Katy Perry, Paris Hilton and Lady Gaga.

I don’t know where to begin this blog because I’m still recovering from Monday when I got a hug from Adam Lambert. I guess I’ll start on the day I found out I was going.
Someone told my friend that MuchMusic had tweeted that Adam Lambert would be at MOD on Monday. As soon as I found out this was true, I panicked. I think I must have tweeted MuchMusic about 10 times in caps lock, then resorted to emailing them. After that attempt, I began phoning MOD to leave a message for wristbands. For anyone who had to listen to that, I apologize! I was half-screaming, half-crying into the phone. Then I got an email saying that they would give me wristbands. Well, that was a fun moment. I was actually watching Adam on Oprah when I got this news, making it even better. I called my friend Alyssa, and she drove over and we just screamed for about an hour, in anticipation for Monday.

Taylor Swift, MJ clean up at AMAs

Taylor Swift walked away with five trophies at last night’s American Music Awards including the top prize - Artist of the Year. Swift beat out the late Michael Jackson, who won four awards.
“To even be mentioned in a category with Michael Jackson, who we will miss and love forever is an unimaginable honour,” Swift said.

Adam Lambert teams up with Lady Gaga

American Idol runner-up Adam Lambert was in the studio Monday with Lady Gaga working on a song she wrote for him.
“Gaga wrote the song a while ago and she thought it would be a good fit for me,” says Lambert. “It’s a solo track. I feel so honored and lucky to be asked.”
The track “Time for Miracles” (which will be featured on the soundtrack for the action movie 2012) is now available on iTunes and Amazon.
