Adam Lambert Launches Men’s Make-Up Line

Every celeb from Madonna to Avril has their own clothing line, but who has a make-up line? The always impeccably manicured Adam Lambert! Lambert is set to launch a make-up line for men that includes ‘guyliner’ (eyeliner for guys), foundation, concealer, eye shadow, mascara, lip gloss and nail polish.
Lambert says that he feels men, regardless of their sexual orientation, want to experiment with cosmetics. I’m sure Pete Wentz and Dave Navarro will be among his list of celeb fans.

Fresh Video Review - Avril Lavigne ‘Alice (Underground)’

Love her or hate her, Avril Lavigne has done a solid job of making a career for herself based on music that she’s written. Alice (Underground) is no exception. The singer approached Tim Burton with her idea for the song and upon hearing the final version, Burton agreed that the song was perfect for the movie and has given it the green light to play during the ending credits. As far as impressive thumbs ups goes, Burton’s is at the top!

Jacob Hoggard and Jully Black Give Details on All-Star Canadian Haiti Benefit Song

Jacob Hoggard of Hedley just addressed the Canadian all-star charity cover of K’naan’s Wavin’ Flag, which will benefit Free The Children, War Child Canada, and World Vision.
While co-hosting MOD: Live At The Base on Saturday, Sarah Taylor asked Hoggard how he got involved in the benefit song.
“We’re labelmates with K’naan, and we’ve been involved with Free The Children for a long time,” he explained. Hoggard also commented that the song was important because he’s “noticed how people already seem to have forgotten what’s gone on down [in Haiti],” a country that continues to need support.
As for the recording session itself, “there were cameras everywhere, from the moment we got into the studio.”

Canadian All-Star Benefit Single For Haiti: Update

More details have emerged about the all-star Canadian benefit single for Haiti, which was recorded yesterday in Vancouver.
A representative for Fefe Dobson confirmed to MuchMusic that the singer was also at the studio session, and that Drake, Justin Bieber and Avril Lavigne also contributed parts to the song remotely.
CTV’s Olympic Morning showed footage early on Friday of a few artists entering The Warehouse Studio in Vancouver (which was founded by Bryan Adams) to work on the song: K’naan, Nikki Yanofsky, Sum 41’s Deryck Whibley, Jay Malinowski of Bedouin Soundclash, Metric members Emily Haines and Jimmy Shaw, Jully Black, and Kardinal Offishall.

* After having to cancel her show due to exhaustion, Lady Gaga returns to Indiana and gives a heartfelt apology to her fans. After canceling the first show, only one fan returned their ticket! You shoulda Craigslist’ed that thing! Money, money, mone-ay!
* Avril Lavigne debuts her new song for the Alice in Wonderland soundtrack on MySpace. Do you likey?
* Scenes from Harry Potter and The Deathly Hollows will appear in 3D. If any film can rival Avatar’s box office moolah, this could be the one!
* Kanye West’s new album is close to completion, according then ‘Nye’s cousin. Srsly, best news I’ve heard all day. Come back Kanye, I ain’t mad at cha!
* After having its time slot moved around throughout this season, Ugly Betty has been canceled. Good news is that the big bosses at ABC have given the writers enough notice to tie up all loose ends in the series. I love a happy ending.

Line-Up Released for Alice in Wonderland Soundtrack

The set list for the Alice in Wonderland soundtrack has officially been released and all the cool kids were invited! The first single, titled ‘Alice (Underground)’ will be released by Avril Lavigne in February with the full album dropping March 2.
In addition to A-dog, The All-American Rejects, Owl City, Metro Station, Tokio Hotel, 3OH!3, Robert Smith, The Plain White T’s, Mark Hoppus and Pete Wentz are all a part of the film’s soundtrack.
