Naval officers partake in a lot of cigarette smoking, drinking and overall regretful activity, while a chicken causes chaos at a town hall function in the new video for Beirut’s “Vagabond.” The band play a band, giving the partygoers a soundtrack for barfing, fighting and hooking up.
