Frankly, I’m pretty sure most people that read the headline to this blog blacked out a little, woke up, screamed, blacked out again and then regained consciousness for a long enough period to see that winning two tickets to see Justin Bieber tomorrow night, November 23, at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto is as easy as re-tweeting the message below.
