MOD!

Hello, everyone! My name is Sydney, and I’m one of the new MuchMusic blog correspondents!

Yesterday, I got the awesome opportunity to go to MuchMusic HQ for a very special MuchOnDemand with Cory Monteith & Hedley! I, for one, am a huge fan of both Glee & Hedley, so I knew this was gonna be a great show!

My cousin Alex & I scored a perfect spot behind where the VJs do their interviews. Before we went live, the Floor Directors took us through a series of rehearsals & procedures, just to make sure everything was right. Once we went live, the energy from the audience tripled. You could tell we were all super stoked to see Cory & Hedley up close!

I am such a Gleek

Full disclosure: I was not in any clubs or on any teams in high school. I was not a football player, did not cheer or sing, and definitely did not have much glee at all. But an undisclosed number of years later, I like many millions of TV watchers out there found Glee. And yes, I consider myself a Gleek.

Glee set for an all-Madonna episode

If you’re a Gleek like, well, most people out there, you’ll be thrilled to know that Madonna has given TV’s hottest new show, Glee, the rights to use any or all of her full catalogue.

Knowing this, you better believe that the producers have already jumped on this generous offer. Already in the works is an all-Madonna episode of Glee expected to air some time in 2010.
