Canada For Haiti benefit airs tonight

Canadian celebrities are showing their support and lending their time to help raise money for the relief efforts in Haiti. CANADA FOR HAITI will be broadcasted live at 7 pm ET from the CBC headquarters in Toronto and hosted by Cheryl Hickey, Ben Mulroney and George Stroumboulopoulos.

Avatar is just too darn good

So, my last post on Avatar was about people who watch the film and become depressed at the thought of never seeing the world of Pandora. Today, I’m telling you that Chinese theaters have stopped showing the film, because it is too successful. I’m seriously not making this shizz up.

Downey, Avatar win at Golden Globes

Avatar was the big winner at the Golden Globes last night. James Cameron took home Best Director while his sci-fi flick about blue people was awarded Best Motion Picture – Drama. Robert Downey Jr.’s portrayal of Sherlock Holmes netted him Best Actor in a Comedy or Musical. He joked about Avatar’s dominance in his speech.
