Whoever leaked the new single by Leona Lewis and Justin Timberlake is in a hella lot of trouble.

Lewis’ new single “Don’t Let Me Down” found its way onto the internet this week thanks to some crafty computer hackers.

Now Simon Cowell, who releases her music under his label Syco, has teamed up with the IFPI and law enforcement agencies in both the U.S. and Europe to track down the culprits responsible.

The duet with JT is set for Lewis’ forthcoming album, which isn’t out until November.
