A $4 billion lawsuit against Miley Cyrus has been thrown out.
Earlier today, a judge dismissed the ridiculous suit filed by Lucie Kim, who took offense over a photo dubbed “Hanoi Montana,” where the star made a racist gesture by slanting her eyes.

Drake, JT, Miley, Katy on Timbaland’s album, Paramore not

Timbaland has revealed an amazing guest list for his second Shock Value album. Drake, Miley Cyrus, Justin Timberlake, Nickelback, Katy Perry and yes, even Chris Brown are all set to make appearances on the album, which is scheduled for a November 23rd release.
“Morning After Dark” featuring Nelly Furtado and French singer-songwriter SoShy will be the first single.
Some other big names like Kings of Leon, Lady Gaga, Daughtry and Shakira were originally rumoured but have not been confirmed.

Miley quits Twitter

Some very sad news to report. Miley Cyrus has quit Twitter.
Miley Cyrus fans will have much less access to the Hannah Montana star, effective immediately.
When fans went to Miley’s Twitter page today – as we do every morning before checking my email – we were greeted with the tragic line, “sorry, that page does not exist.”

MILEY CYRUS Shakes it Up

Miley Cyrus had a ‘people just like us’ moment over the weekend. She and her sister Brandi went to ‘Millions of Milkshakes’ in Hollywood to make their own custom treats. The Hannah Montana star actually has her own shake named after her at the shop called ‘The Miley Shake.’ It features cookie dough ice cream, peanut butter cups and whipped cream. Sounds low-calorie.

It sounds so surreal to say, because we’re still finding it hard to believe. This experience was like something we’d always dreamed of, but never really thought would happen to us. We’ve been given the chance to experience things we only could imagine of, seen things that we’ll never forget, and said some things… we wish we hadn’t. Whenever we think about it we can’t help but burst into laughter and shake our heads. We met some of the most amazing people, made some good friends, countless memories and inside jokes we can always look back on. This definitely goes up in our top ten. I mean, not many people can say they’ve met Miley Cyrus. But we sure can.

Tuesday, June 9th, 2009* American Idol runner-up Adam Lambert admits to Rolling Stone that he’s gay. Shock and awe overcomes North America.
* It’s a big week for break ups: Selena Gomez has split from Twilight star Taylor Lautner, and Miley Cyrus and her ex Justin Gaston are also on the train to Heartbreakville. Boo-hoo.
* Radiohead fan? The band have made the second disk of B-sides from their mind-melting In Rainbows LP available to the rest of the world via their website. Well go on, get excited!
* Sammy Hagar fans out there can stop being excited about Guitar Hero: Van Halen right about now: he’s not in it. My condolences to the three of you.
* Not only is he already in the jailhouse, but now DMX is getting a bad rap from starting prison food fights. Someone didn’t listen when his mother said not to play with his food.

Monday, April 27th, 2009* Miley Cyrus is having boy trouble times two these days. Hope she doesn’t ask “self-destructive” Lindsay Lohan for advice; we don’t need another one of those on our hands.
* Speidi have officially tied the knot. Yet again. I’d be more excited if they hadn’t asked for two wedding gifts.
* This is absolutely the WRONG time to make “your mom” jokes around Zac Efron. He’s just a good son.
* Word on the street is that the new Wolverine movie is gonna have multiple secret endings. As if this flick didn’t already look awesome enough. (I hope one ending is just a huge action-movie-type explosion!)
* Oklahoma wants to adopt The Flaming Lips. No word on whether they also want to adopt the giant bubble too.
* Creed is getting back together to release a new album. Don’t you love when solo projects don’t work out?
