Tomorrow’s episode of The Shift features Melissa with VJ Leah Miller! Watch us pamper Melissa as she co-hosts The Shift Tomorrow (July 18th) @ 10am ET.

My name is Melissa and I just spent a day with Leah Miller on a show called “The Shift”, it was awesome!! MuchMusic gave me this amazing opportunity to spend a day with my favorite VJ and I even got to co-host the show!

As a treat, Leah and I went to Dermalogica to get facial treatments, what an experience that was! Not only did we get facials but we were pampered and we got useful tips on how to take care of our skin and how important it is. Since then, I haven’t missed an exfoliation and my skin looks great!

After that, I had an amazing time co-hosting “The Shift” with my fav MuchMusic VJ, Leah Miller. Leah is so nice and she made this experience a good one. This was a once in a lifetime opportunity and I am so fortunate to have had it! I had so much fun and I would do this again in a heart beat. Everyone at MuchMusic was really welcoming and nice. I felt right at home.kind of.it took awhile to get used to the bright lights and huge cameras but it was fun to laugh about being nervous about it.

Thank you so much, Much, for this awesome opportunity! Can’t wait to see you all again!

The Shift - Nikki

Hey Guys, Nikki here
So I just finished experiencing a chance of a lifetime. Not only did I get to spend the day with an amazing VJ, Tim , but I also got to make a difference in the community by visiting Habitat for Humanity. There, Tim and I got to help build a home for families in need. Together we spend the day hammering in nails, using dangerous equipment like an electric saw and even got to climb a roof of one of the houses. This experience is something that I will always keep in my heart because not only did I get to spend the day doing something life changing for another but it was also life changing for me. This privilege has inspired me to further help the community and make little steps to little changes. Thank you MuchMusic for making this dream come true and remember one helping hand gives you three rewards back.
