We all love Tim because he’s cool and casual, rocking his T-shirts and jeans and the occasional hoodie or baseball cap (turned sideways, of course). Jesse LaBelle Plays Games with Tim

Jesse LaBelle stopped by MuchMusic last week and played a little game with our own Tim Deegan. A lot of your favourite stars were in lesser known acts when they first started out and Tim tested Jesse to see if he could identify the musicians before they were megastars. Wanna watch New Moon with Tim Deegan?

So, the Twilight: New Moon DVD is coming out this Saturday – but we’re getting it a day early! If you want to come screen the DVD Friday night with none other than Tim Deegan, shoot an email to muchnews@ctv.ca with the subject line “New Moon screening” and we’ll give you details about how to be in the audience.
The screening will be begin at 7pm in the MuchMusic building at 299 Queen st.

Vacation part one!

Whats up?!?!?!?! Ok, so my holidays were pretty hectic, but fun…I went home to Oshawa for a bit and did Christmas with the fam. I got to see my brother’s new house and helped him pull down wallpaper. I also helped him replace a few light switches and wire up a few new lights. But here is the thing: I’m pretty handy, and I know how to do basic electrical…changing a few light switches and putting up new lights is easy…but soooooome how things didn’t go my way. We wired up a light and tried to turn the power back on and everything worked except the light we did and two others close by…I double checked everything and I didn’t mess anything up…we checked fuses, connections, everything!!! So I left my brothers place and went home and he had no lights in half of his upstairs…later that night his GF pressed the red button on the plug she was putting her blow dryer into and it fixed the light problem…WTF!! …whatever I’m over it. But here is one of the coolest parts of my Christmas…I never thought I’d be excited to say this….but I got a vacuum!!!!! It’s no ordinary vacuum, this sucker runs itself, which is why I like it!!!! Check it out!

This is like an open house party, first time having people over… please help yourself to some snacks and there are drinks in the kitchen; try the crab cakes they are great and we will have a dessert tray out in a bit; there are these really good peanut chocolate and caramel squares that you won’t be able to keep your hands off! Feel free to look around and hang out as long as you want. Welcome! (if you are reading this and taking me seriously, I wish I was with you as you’re trying to find crab cakes on my page haha).

Tim: Colon Clogger Burger Challenge

Alright, I tried to eat Dangerous Dan’s Colon Clogger**… I couldn’t do it, I want to see who can!
Go down to Dangerous Dan’s (714 Queen Street East, Toronto). I want video evidence that you were able to eat this sucker. So go eat it, make a video (no music), put it on Youtube and email us the link (ondemand@muchmusic.com), with the subject line “colon clogger”. This is a challenge for anyone who wants to try it. This also goes out to bands…!
**“Collosal Colon Clogger Combo”
24oz burger served with a quarter pound of cheese, a quarter pound of bacon, and 2 fried eggs. Also comes with a large shake and a small poutine.

Tim: When Good Pranks Happen to Good People

Ok, so I’m not sure if you know this but I love a good prank… well I love pranking! I don’t know anyone who likes getting pranked… but I probably get pranked just as much as I prank others. Seeing as how it happens so much to me, I really love watching it happen to other people because I know too well what it’s like. I’m pretty sure we all can relate.
But lets get to it - Taylor Swift got pranked on Ellen’s show and it was hilarious!!!! Check it out below. I love how she freaks out, bounces off the wall and hits the floor! Hahaha so good! Tim: Need Your Help
Friday, March 6th, 2009Heyo! So I have way more energy today then I had the first half of the week…I’m sure I’ll crash soon and be super tired just in time for the show. But I think it’s because of the weather and the sunshine! It’s actually nice out and is getting warmer. As much as I love the winter for snowboarding and stuff, it does suck sometimes.
But I’d say I’m ready for spring snowboarding followed by a summer full of wakeboarding, cottages, concerts and festivals! You want winter to be over yet??
AND I also want your thoughts on something. I’m actually trying to think of a good car show that we could make on Much. I want your help. Let me know any ideas for car shows you might have. I remember my first car, or when I used to borrow my parents’ car when they didn’t need it so I could drive to school. My brother and I plus a few friends used to love getting the car and drive around mooning everyone hahaha. Might not be funny to you but it was to us! But anyway, the first car is awesome!! And I want to get a car show that helps make that first car better and more fun. So let me hear some ideas if you have them.
