Settlement Made in Travis Barker Plane Crash

The estate of one of the victims in the 2008 plane crash with Travis Barker has settled a wrongful death lawsuit. TMZ has reported that Clay Lacy Aviation, Learjet, and Goodyear Tire and Rubber have settled with $4,375,000 for Chris Baker’s son Sebastian and $7,625,000 for his widow Otilia Villar Baker. Travis Barker reaches settlement in jet crash case

Travis Barker has struck a deal in the jet crash case. TMZ reports that settlement papers were filed on December 3rd, but are confidential with the terms undisclosed. DJ AM’s estate is also currently trying to settle with defendants Clay Lacy Aviation, Goodyear Tire & Rubber, Global Exec Aviation and others.

Blink-182 movie on the way

The story of Blink-182 could soon be coming to the big screen. According to MTV.com, San Diego-based filmmaker Brandon Flores is writing a script called Blink that documents the band’s early days – from forming with original drummer Scott Raynor up until hitting the big time with Travis Barker.
