Penn Badgley talks Blake Lively, baby mama drama and his case of Bieber fever

We caught up with Penn Badgley this past weekend when he was in town promoting his hilarious new movie, Easy A at the Toronto International Film Festival. Check out our review of Easy A and more with Penn Badgley tomorrow!
