We’ve Got More MMVA Wristbands To Give Away!

Oh yeah, you read that right! Thought we gave it all up on Friday? MuchMusic knows not everyone could make it down and roast in the sun for a week so we’ve got a few wristbands left up our sleeve…and we’re giving them away online!

Well, we’re not just giving them away. Some of our fans sunburned themselves silly all week long, so we’ve got to make you work for it!

LOADS of MMVA wristband contests will be running next week: on Twitter and on our smokin’ MMVA site.

Twitter: Each day, a different MMVA personality will be giving away one pair of wristbands via twitter. Make sure you’re following @muchmusic, @laurentoyota, @liztrinnear, and @phoebedykstra cause they’ll be posting the deets on how to win wristbands via Twitter. Giveaways are going down Monday – Saturday!

MMVA.com: You the biggest MMVA fan? Prove it. We’ve posted loads of news, features, galleries, and what colour the sky will be during the MMVAs to keep peeps updated on what’s going down next Sunday. So we’ll be asking a different question Monday – Friday about something we’ve posted, and you’ve got to give us the correct answer for your chance to win a pair of wristbands each day.

TODAY: Slap On A Juno Fan Fare Wristband!

Pictures with CLASSIFIED, DANNY FERNANDES, DOWN WITH WEBSTER and FABER DRIVE. Autographs from HEDLEY, HOLLERADO, KARL WOLF and KESHIA CHANTE. Interviews with SHAD, STEREOS, SWEET THING and these THESE KIDS WEAR CROWNS. Or any combination of the above, with performances BY ALL!

That’s JUNO FAN FARE going down in the MuchMusic parking lot this weekend, hosted by New.Music.Live.’s Lauren Toyota and RapCity’s Tyrone “T-Rexxx” Edwards.

We’re giving away 1500+ wristbands TODAY to put you smack in the centre of it all! It’s been a while since the Juno’s were in Toronto and we’re taking full advantage by hosting this HUGE parking lot jamfest for all of you right before the awards show airs on Sunday.

In order to get a wristband, you need to be:

*lined up outside of MuchMusic HQ – 299 Queen Street West
*if your friend wants one, your friend has to be in line too!
*no age limit
*we start slapping wristbands on wrists right at 5PM!

When you’re in line, make sure you’re wearing appropriate clothes and shoes for the weather (the forecast calls for “-1″ weather and a snowfall!! Dress warmly and bring lots of hot chocolate!). Bring snacks too (but don’t be a litterbug!).
