Taylor Poses For Perfumes, Not Topless. Got It?

Have those words sunk in? I hope so for the sake of the bloggers who run the site Celebrity Jihad. After they posted a story and a picture identifying a woman posing topless as Taylor Swift (with the headline “Taylor Swift Topless Private Pic Leaked?“) reps for the country singer were swift (no pun intended) to sic their lawyers on them.

Winehouse was horrified to hear a post existed about her this way, and was quick to call in her lawyers. They quickly drafted up a notice for the site to pull everything relating about the nude pic down, stating the site posted “false pornographic images and false news” about Taylor Swift.

There’s no response yet from Celebrity Jihad, but Swift’s reps are ready to take legal action and sue for trademark infringement if they refuse.
