Taylor Swift teases new album

It’s been two years since Taylor Swift released her hugely successful album Speak Now, and methinks it’s about time to hear a few more break-up anthems from the Queen of Country. It seems that Ms. Swift may be in agreement with me, taking to her Facebook account this week to tease the possibility of new material.

Swift posted the following message on her Facebook account, writing “Oh hey! I’m writing you from Nashville, where I just sat in a big room with a lot of people and made a lot of decisions about a lot of things happening very soon. And as vague as that sentence was, I think you know what it means.
Stuff is about to happen. And I love you more than ever. Taylor”.

While the ‘things’ could include a new tour, a new film, a new fragrance or a laundry list of other ventures, my money is on a new album from Taylor. Watch out, Jake Gyllenhaal.
