Like this page if the above picture of Derek brought you here. Wait, this isn’t YouTube (who else has done that, by the way?), this is you Teen Wolf recap for Fury. Watch the episode here and you can read the recap with me (obvi, you’ve been waiting since last week for this episode). If you haven’t watched Party Guessed, watch it here and get yourself caught up. You ready? Let’s do this.

We begin with a flashback to the making of the Master. Remember the night when Jackson should have turned? That night Matt made a video stream from the camera to his phone and watched Jackson become to Kanima. And for some reason, Matt made a cosmic connection with it. And Matt makes it kill.

Scott and Stiles try to convince the Sherriff that the killer is Matt and they make a reasonable argument for the Sherriff to go back to the station to re-examine the evidence. The trio head to the station and find video footage of Matt at the hospital (even talking to Mrs. McCall) and that seals the deal for Mr. Stilinsky to get a warrant. However someone has another plan in mind…

Matt’s here. And he’s got a gun! Have any of you watched The O.C.? Because this reminds me a lot of the Oliver storyline. Anyways…

Meanwhile back at the Hale residence, Derek finds himself in a weird white limbo… until The Vet wakes him up with a puppy whistle. I just want to say it right now: I love the Vet. He’s a bad ass character and I think he’s going to be like The Cancer Man from The X-Files. Look that up kids!

“Trust someone who doesn’t trust you at all.” – Vet… Or something like that.

So Matt’s got a gun still and he’s taken all of the gang hostage.

And got Jackson to kill everyone else. Blegh. This is like The Shining. Don’t watch that. Too scary.

Allison is reeling from her mother’s death. And Gerard is there to manipulate the crap out of her.

Yep, freaky.

Allison reads the letter left to her by her mother and burns it. She makes a decision and chooses fury.

… and finds herself with a bow and arrow.

This is more perfect than I could ever imagine.

Gerard asks Allison to make the decision and to know the difference between retribution and revenge. Unfortunately, she’s playing right into Gerard’s trap.

The Argent men watch Allison tell them what to do.

While Stiles and Derek are paralyzed, they listen to the madness going down in the police station. Derek is trying to trigger his healing powers to squeeze out the poison.

Matt explains why he had Jackson/Kanima kill everyone. He almost drowned (Friday the 13th, anyone?) and sought revenge through the Kanima’s strength. He didn’t know how it was happening but it just did. If he wished them dead, he would just think it and it would happen.

The Argent Army descend into the police station.

Nothing like some father-daughter bonding over werewolf hunting.

Allison and Scott cross paths in the police station. He finds out that she’s chosen to kill and she tells him to step aside.

The Kanima, Derek, and Scott boogie in the holding cell where his mother and the Sherriff are kept. The Sherriff gets knocked out and Derek and the Kanima start rallying. Scott shows himself to his mother… who backs away, horrified. Scott looks down in shame.

Scott finds Gerard and tells him that he’s done everything he’s asked him to (!!!) which Derek overhears. Unfortunately, Scott is playing into Gerard’s trap too, probably in order to save Allison and his relationship… maybe even for Derek. But now Derek probably feels betrayed and heads back into the darkness.

After everyone scuttles out Gerard hunts down Matt… and drowns him. And makes him the new Master.

Goodbye… forever?

Unless this onlooker has something up his sleeve… Guess we’ll have to wait and find out!
Watch Teen Wolf next Monday at 10:30pm ET/7:30pm PT after Degrassi and we can find out just what the new Master has in store for us (spoiler alert: it ain’t good).
