The Latency talk songwriting

Liz caught up with The Latency at an event for SASS (School Alliance of Student Songwriters) in Whitby, Ontario and the band talked all about the importance of songwriting, and how SASS actually helped the band with their own songwriting skills.

What you don’t see in the video is that the band actually wrote a song for Liz called “Liz the Fizz”.
