It’s actually dangerous

There are few things more raw and emotional than Arcade Fire’s Afterlife, especially when you listen to it with the music video. Phew. That can really get ya.
But there is something about this remix of Reflektor‘s Afterlife by Flume that gives it a whole new level of feeling The opening re imagines Win’s lyrics to make them sound like they are actually coming from the middle of a couple’s real fight, “Scream and shout ’til we work it out.” It is a ten minute long doozy that will make you dance while you are feeling a little uneasy.
Flume is an Australian electronic musician who has created some of the most memorable remixes I have ever heard as well as his own music. You may have come across his version of Lorde’s Tennis Court recently.
Check out the original version of Afterlife and it’s amazing music video. Thengo look at these purritos to balance you out.Tweet
