On their official website, No Doubt have posted an (obviously scripted) iChat conversation that speaks of an upcoming tour! Gwen mentions that new material might be written on the road, but seeing these guys (and gal) playing their nostalgic oldies and making a swift comeback would be Hella Good, no?
