Whoa. Whoa. Elizabeth co-hosts The Shift this week and SHE GOT TO MEET THE SPICE GIRLS. That’s freakin amaymay. Watch it all go down on Wednesday at 9pm ET! Here’s what Liz has to say about her experience:

So on January 31st, I opened my door to find Tim Deegan, thinking that it would be one of the friends. I was really excited to find out that this was the start of a great experience. Tim told me that we would be spending an entire day and co-hosting the show “The Shift” together. To top it all off, he informed me that we would be going to see my favorite group, the Spice Girls, on Febuary 4th at the ACC for their reunion tour. I was so excited!!

Our seats were on the floor, and I spent the entire concert leaning on the runway looking up at my idols. When Tim surprised me at my house, he also told me that we would be going to meet the Spice Girls BACKSTAGE. We went backstage before the concert and we got to go on a exclusive tour of the girls’ wardrobe. When we met the girls, I was so shocked and I was speechless. I barely worked up enough courage to tell them that I listened to them all the time when I was a little girl. I am so grateful to MuchMusic and Tim for allowing me to be on the show and take me to a concert I have been wanting to see since I was little. I also want to thank Much for allowing me to bring my friends on the show and co-host with Tim and I. We all had a really good time, and there were a lot of laughs involved. Thank you Sharon, for all your hard work and effort that was put in to making this happen for me.
