The Vampire Diaries add two new cast members to Season 4

Klaus is adding two more names to his ever-growing list of vampire-werewolve hybrids. The Young and the Restless star Blake Hood and Alyssa Diaz of Nine Lives of Chloe King will appear in Episodes 5 and 6 of the upcoming season as the latest members of Klaus’ hybrid clan.

The actors will play Dean and Kimberly, and since we’ve seen what kind of damage those who are sired to Klaus can cause, I have a feeling they’ll be stirring up quite a bit of trouble for our favourite Mystic Falls residents.

Nina Dobrev was in Toronto earlier this week in support of her new film The Perks of Being A Wallflower and said that the upcoming season of The Vampire Diaries is going to be “really intense”.

Season 4 of The Vampire Diaries premieres on Friday, October 12 at 8 pm ET on MUCH.
