The much anticipated new show The Vampire Diaries makes its premiere on Much tomorrow at 8pm ET.

Based on the book series by L.J. Smith, the show stars Canada’s own Nina Dobrev of Degrassi: The Next Generation, Paul Wesley, Ian Somerhalder of Lost fame.

Over at Playlist.com, you can check out what kind of music their characters would listen to. Elena the vulnerable heroine likes Kings Of Leon and Feist, Stefan the brooding good vampire prefers Arcade Fire and U2, and the menacing bloodsucker Damon feeds to music by Nine Inch Nails and Linkin Park.

The Vampire Diaries airs Fridays on Much at 8pm.

I tried to watch the Vampire Diaries last night on Much (being friday). However the information about the episode said that it was a new one… but the show that aired was not Episode 7… it was a previous episode… can you tell me when you will be airing Episode 7 again? I missed it and would really like to see it.

it really sucks that vampire diaries only shows on fridays, to bad that the show couldn’t be more during the week it is my favorite show. DO you know is there going to be a seasonal movies out.

this show is crazy and one of my fav shows they should play it more often XD the story is twisted and keeps you guessing if i could have a vampire power it would be to read minds

i think the show should be on more then just fridays because it is to far a part and you can not remember what happend last week .
