The Foo Fighters pick a very interesting way to promote their North American tour. Foo Fighters are arguable one of the biggest rock bands and this just proves that they can do whatever they want. It’s pretty funny but if you’re uncomfortable with homosexual innuendos and bare butts than you can just check out their tour dates here. Here’s the uncensored version, if you choose to take a look.
The U.S. Government conducted a raid at the Gibson guitar plant in Nashville. Apparently there were concerns that the guitar company was using illegal wood. This is the second time in two year that U.S. agents have raided the plant. The problem is that there is a law in India that says for legal purchase of their wood the wood must be finished in India. This seems slightly complicated but the U.S. government seized the wood anyway. Read more at The Prefix.
Apparently Noel and Liam Gallagher can’t seem to settle their difference because Liam is still threatening to sue his brother. Liam announced plans to sue Noel over his “lies” about the reason why Oasis cancelled a headline slot at V Festival’s Chelmsford in 2009. Read more at NME.
Lead singer of The Flaming Lips, Wayne Coyne, took to his twitter to announce that the band is working on a six hour long song. Better make room on the iTunes, six hours is a very very long time. Jimi Hendrix wasn’t even that ambitious. Read more at The Prefix.Tweet
