Through The Pensieve: Harry Potter From 1-8

If you know what a pensieve is, you should read this! July 15th, 2011 (exactly 50 days from today!) will mark the end of an era for children, teens, adults and even the elderly as the Harry Potter franchise comes to its epic end. One fan in particular complied a video looking back at all eight (yes, even the very last one) films.

From Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone in 2001 (the first book was released in 1997) the films have spanned exactly ten years as we grew up alongside actors Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson and Rupert Grint in their roles as Harry, Hermione and Ron.

Some even say the movies shadowed the real world tension surrounding September 11, 2001. We first heard met Osama Bin Ladin in ’01 (same with Voldemort) and he met is death in ’11 (same as Voldemort).

Eerie!
