Thunderheist – Suenos Dulces

Soooo…last night before The Teenagers‘ set, Nasty Nav was DJing a MEAN set that everyone was feverishly gyrating to – a set that included an incredible track called Sueños Dulces (Spanish for Sweet Dreams) by Toronto/Montreal duo Thunderheist. “Sweet dreams” is in reference to the song by The Eurythmics that’s sampled in the song, and it’s a killer.

Listen to it immediately on their MySpace page – I wish MySpace had a repeat function cause I’ve been listening to it allll day.

I’ve seen Thunderheist a couple of times now – once opening for Crystal Castles and a few other random times DJing at various bars. They’ve been excellent every time. Word has it they have a full length on the way in 2008, PLUS, they’re playing at SXSW this March – exciting times indeed!

OK…now go listen to Sueños Dulces. I love the part that starts at 1:16…sooo good.
