Happy Leap Day! It’s sort of a weird “holiday” because if you really think about it, this day doesn’t officially exist. SPOOKY! And there has been gaps of time when we haven’t heard from an artist like Christina Aguilera or Eminem. We just wait and wait patiently for them to release an album. They just like to take their sweet time. In the end though, they were worth the wait! So that’s why Today’s Top 10 is stars we wait for.
