There’s so much stuff I can say, but it mostly comes down to the fact that Tokio Hotel has made a bigger impact on me than ANYTHING. Their music gets me through the toughest times and they cheer me up even when absolutely nothing else can. They’ve inspired me to stand out more, speak my mind.. I’m even part German and have never had much interest in it, but now I can’t wait to start learning it!
This meet and greet would probably be the highlight of my life! All I want is the chance to meet the Tokio Hotel because I just really don’t know where I’d be without them :]

i think i shoudl win because iv never been to a concert and never met someone famous before!!! so this is like 1 in a million for me. but if i did win i would be so happy because there songs have alot of meaning to them and it helped me through stuff. i would also be happy because this is one of my fav bands!!! but im not giving up and i still have hope

i think i should meet them because i have never liked any band this much before, i love their music and they have helped me cope with some really hard times in my life. I watch countless hours of them on youtube i just cant get enough they are so cool! And i dont just like them for their looks it would just be awesome to hang out and talk to them i wouldnt be one of those crazy fans. It would be a dream to win!!

Why should I win tickets to see Tokio Hotel AND meet the band? To put it simply: I’ve NEVER wanted anything this badly in my life! And since that obviously isn’t gonna win me this contest … well Ready, Set, here goes nothing! ;
It all began a little over 2 years ago when I heard the song “der letzte tag” and thought “Wow, for four young guys so new to the scene this is pretty awesome!” Then I saw a lovely picture of Bill wearing a crisp white jacket matched stylishly with gloves and … BAM! Instant Obsession.
Not only was their music incredibly good - the kind that I can listen to 50 times a day and never get tired of - but the fact that they were 4 cute European guys made it all the more alluring. (Well how was I supposed to resist? I was 13!) I haven’t turned back ever since, and before I knew it, I found myself with Tokio Hotel, “Screaming it out loud”, “Raising my hands together”, “Living every second” … “Running through the monsoon” (Okay, not funny.) Soon enough I realised I couldn’t go a day without listening to their music. It is what gives me strength to move forward every day, despite everything that is holding me back. It’s a phenomena no words can fully explain. I can always find the lyrics to relate to in their songs, no matter what mood I’m in. Their song “Hilf mir fliegen” got me through a tragic death in my family. Everytime I drove down to Montreal to see my uncle in hospital, I would listen to that song and it would always bring me hope. It made me feel like I could conquer anything. Through TH I’ve found my inspiration to pick up my guitar again and go back to singing and writing music - something that I’d lost hope with over time. Tokio Hotel also got me interested to learn a new language - German - which is not really something I’d usually be up for. Also, it has definetly made me break out of my shell. I used to be really shy and terrified of what other people thought of me. By being a fan of one of the most controversially excentric-looking rock bands around, I learned to be my own person and not care about the expectations others had for me. Being a TH fan probably led me to do things I wouldn’t normally have the courage to do, like trying out for sports teams and auditioning for the school play. In fact, if it weren’t for the drive that their music gave me, I’d be downright terrified of doing those things.
Because of this band I can confess 3 things:
1. I haven’t been bored for a single minute in years.
2. I can type “Tokio Hotel” faster than my own name.
3. Tokio Hotel has changed me, as a person, for the better. And it has changed the way I percieve the world.
I’m part of the official Tokio Hotel Canadian Street Team, and for the past 2 years I’ve been using chunks of my time to promote TH in any way possible - putting up stickers around the city, calling radio stations to play their music, asking stores to sell their CD’s, the list goes on and on. I want everyone to see what I see in them. At school, I’m known as “that Tokio Hotel girl”. Everyone that has ever spoken to me knows that Tokio Hotel are indeed from GERMANY, not Japan. Seeing them have a successful break out so far in North America makes me unbelievably happy. And upon hearing that they were actually planing to play shows in North America this February I actually cried because I knew my dream and their dreams were slowly coming true. I’ve never loved and supported a band this wholeheartedly.
If I explained how much TH has helped me get through in my life it would sound like a sob story - so I won’t. But through being a Tokio Hotel fan, I can honestly say I have met some of the best people in the world, and made really amazing friends with people across the globe. I don’t think I could say that if I wasn’t a Tokio Hotel fan. Our love of their music really brings us all together, which is what I find really amazing, and has changed my life!
I’d love the opportunity to meet the band that has become a part of my life. If I won this contest, it would MAKE my life. Thanks Much Music for even making this possible! I really hope that you will pick me!

Hello! The reason why I should win is because…
Tokio Hotel is such an amazing band, I would have never thought that I would have ever come across a band that I truly love. This is the only band that I have heard where their sound is just frickin amazing on the CD’s and in their live performances! Their music and lyrics really touches me, and my life has changed a lot! They have helped me when I felt nothing else could, and that is such a great feeling! To meet the ones who opened me to a brighter prescence, will truly make my heart whole! It will be such an amazing experience, and I will truly be overjoyed!
There are many others like me, who deserve to win this contest, and have had their lives changed all thanks to Tokio Hotel, but it would be so uber amazing if I were to win! I haven’t won any of the past contests either, and it would be unbelieveably awesome to win this one!

I think I should win these tickets because I introduced this band to my little small town that doesn’t know a lot about brilliant music!!!!
By the end of the day, I had a bunch of people singing along to “Through the Monsoon”. The next day at school, Tokio Hotel was on everyone’s iPods.
To say the least I was pumped that they all loved Tokio Hotel as much I do !

I think I deserve to win this because this is a once in a life time chance for me maybe not others but for me. I really enjoy listening to them and there style. Most people think that they are just screaming into a microphone but that is not the reason. They are the best band ever:)
I also am in love with Bill the lead singer andi have never been in love with someone that i dont know:(

I think I deserve to take away this competition because I still never visited Tokio hotel, my biggest idols. They are everything for me. My family situation and my health have never allowed me to go to see them in concert. Nevertheless it is my biggest dream. I would be ready for everything to go to see them. You are my hope. i think that i deserve to win these tickets and the chance to meet the band because, i am a HUGE fan of tokio hotel, and all i do is look at pictures of bill and tom and watch them on youtube. they are SO AWESOME. and my two of my friends also LOVE tokio hotel and you said that you are giving away two pairs so i would take them and my mom,, ive never met some one famous before, and they are my favorite famous people and my favourite band.. i would do ANYTHING i mean ANYTHING to meet them!!! i doubt they would come to Winnipeg and even if they did i wouldnt have a chance to meet them,,ive never flown to a concert cause it wayy too expensive, and i really really would love to take my friends and me to see them!! i would be sooooooo happy, and yeah i think thats why i deserve to win these tickets.
