10. TBA, Selena Gomez and the Scene
Gomez has been hard at work in the studio to write the follow-up to When The Sun Goes Down, her first true crossover album from Disney to mainstream.
9. One Woman Army, Ciara
After struggles with her record label put Ciara’s career on hold, the R’n B singer is back with an album full of pop tracks and songs reminiscent of the late 90s.
8. TBA, Avril Lavigne
Avril has been busy working with her new fiance Chad Kroeger on a follow-up to Goodbye Lullabye, which failed to do much on the charts. If anyone knows how to write a catchy song that will have millions worldwide downloading from iTunes, it’s Kroeger.
7. TBA, Mariah Carey
Having one of the biggest comebacks in music history with her album The Emancipation of Mimi, Mariah Carey is one of the few artists in pop music who is strong enough to be struck by comeback-lightning twice.
6. Hearthrob – Tegan and Sara
Tegan and Sara are continuing their dominance of the dance world with their new album, which includes the already huge single Closer.
5. TBA – Miley Cyrus
After proving that she can’t be tamed, Miley has slowly been re-entering the music world, first by lending her vocals to the track Decisions and then with an appearance on the 2012 VH1 Divas special.
4. Third Strike, The Wanted
The Wanted’s rivalry with One Direction is about to hit the charts, with the UK band releasing their third album and first official disk in North America with Third Strike, which already boasts the huge track I Found You.
3. Believe Acoustic – Justin Bieber
What do you do when your album spawns huge sales and a sold-out tour? Release it again.
2. Artpop, Lady Gaga
Gaga waited two years in between Born This Way and Artpop, leaving little monsters worldwide clawing for a new album from Mother Monster.
1. TBA, Beyonce
It’s Beyonce.
