Our new fave song
Prepare to cry
NO NO NO

Holy moley. I think I have been hypnotised by the list of guests coming to Toronto for the Toronto International Film Festival. And it isn’t just because the list is a giant dizzying paragraph.
Young Hollywood is very well represented by Channing Tatum, Ansel Elgort, Sam Claflin, Douglas Booth, Anna Kendrick, Amanda Syefried, Chloe Grace Moretz, Miles Teller, Benedict Cumberbatch and Andrew Garfield all swinging by T.O.
If A-list mega stars are more you speed, they’ve got you covered too with Kate Winslet, Denzel Washington, Steve Carell, Bill Murray, Robert Downey Jr. and Morgan Freeman all in town to promote their new movies.
TIFF is actually a pretty accessible festival compared to the pomp and circumstance of festivals like Cannes. It is not that difficult to get affordable tickets to most movies, especially if you are a young person! Plus, if you are like I was during TIFF nine years ago when I first moved to Toronto, you can line up red carpet side to see your favourite celeb. In my case, it was Justin Timberlake in town for his straight to DVD flick Edison. Yeah, I know. What movie?
The festival runs from September 4-14 all over Toronto and single tickets go on sale on August 31. You know I’ll be up early with my finger on the refresh button!
